The Landings at Notre Dame is restricted to certain Permitted Tenants. “Permitted Tenant” shall mean a Married Student or a Parenting Student, and to the extent the Property has vacant units on/after May 1 preceding each Academic Year, a Post-baccalaureate student of the University for that upcoming Academic Year. If you do not meet these qualifications, do not complete this application, and please contact our leasing office. Renewals are not offered for May end dates. If you need to stay past May, please select a rental term on the application that ends in July.

A non-refundable application fee of $200.00 is required for processing tenant paperwork. A security deposit is also required prior to move-in that is equal to one month's rent based on apartment selection. The security deposit will be refunded upon move-out, barring any damages to the apartment. Utilities are billed separately by each apartment's usage and paid monthly with rent. Credit, background checks or deposits are not required for establishing utilities at The Landings.
