|Recommended: YesI moved here in 2020 when the apartments first became available and I absolutely loved living here The bathroom is very spacious, though the other rooms were not, but it worked well enough for me. The area was also safe and the location convenient given the distance from campus. Definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesSecure, close to the campus and quiet place — There´s no much more to say, for students, families and even pets with your respective medical ES paper. All services are already set and we have a Bus stop just a few steps from the buildings.

|Recommended: YesThanks — It is a very nice and clean community. All the apartments are well-painted and equipped with the necessary appliances. Though their maintenance is good, some items are getting old and unusable.

|Recommended: YesWindow slots are dirty — Almost everything is perfect when I moved in. But the window slots are dirty so much dusk and look black.

|Recommended: YesLove living life at Landings — The landings offer one of the best housing options for Notre Dame Students and Families. Not only are the units affordable, but they are also modern and spacious enough. All in-unit amenities such as the washing machine, dishwasher, and inbuilt. microwave adds to improving the quality of life in South Bend. The grounds are well-kept, there is hardly any noise, and the staff members are SUPER helpful and kind. I love living at the landings, and so will any other student.

|Recommended: YesHappy to be here — We lived elsewhere in South Bend before moving to The Landings, but coming here was the best decision we made. Surrounded by nature, clean interior spaces and almost no noise, we are very happy to live here. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Our dishwasher didn´t work when we arrived to our apartment and after some staff visits, they changed it for a new one. Our family is very comfortable living here. Our kids love the playground and they have met lots of friends playing there. Having the Family Resource Center so near is a great plus too. We spend a lot of time there and we love that we get there just by walking just a couple of minutes.
